The MLS search is broken into the following main sections of Sedona. Each section then has all the subdivisions in that section. You will find hundreds of homes for sale ssall listed by the community that you choose.

West Sedona
West Sedona is home to most of Sedona’s grocery stores, banks, and residential areas. It also features two of Sedona’s most well-known rock formations- Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock. It comprises a large area and consists of around 33 separate subdivisions and communities.
In West Sedona you will find complexes such as Nepenthe that feature stylish condos all the way to Sedona View Estates. Highway 89 runs through West Sedona with Uptown and Oak Creek Canyon at one end and the road to Cottonwood and Historic Jerome at the other

Uptown Sedona

Village of Oak Creek
The Village of Oak Creek, known by locals as “the Village”, was once a sleepy little retirement community, but today it’s one of the fastest growing areas of Sedona, complete with three golf courses, several new subdivisions and resort hotels. If you’re driving in to Sedona from I-17 via Highway 179, the Village is the first part of Sedona you’ll encounter. Officially the town is called Big Park, but it is much more commonly referred to as the Village of Oak Creek.
The Village of Oak subdivisions and communities are about as diverse as you will find in the entire Sedona and Verde Valley area. The subdivisions in the Village total thirteen. Little Horse Park
Little Horse Park is location between the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona Uptown. Magnificent views of Cathedral Rock and Court House Rock. The Chapel of the Holy Cross overlooks the eleven subdivisions of the Little Horse Park Area

Big Park
Big Park connects to the Village of Oak Creek and its fifteen subdivisions include the Sedona Ridge Golf Resort. See Bell Rock and Court House Rock from these fine homes.

Red Rock Loop
Red Rock Loop is in a more rural setting and features magnificent views of cathedral Rock the sick of many movies. The views and hiking trails along with easy access to Oak Creek Canyon makes the four subdivisions of Red Rock loop great places to live.
